I led the design of retail stores across all 8 FIFA World Cup stadiums in Qatar — a monumental challenge completed in under two months with a small but dedicated team of junior designers. Every element was conceptualized, developed, and approved by the official FIFA Licensing Team, marking one of the most ambitious projects of my early career.

The Indoor Village was one of our largest retail units, located at the heart of Al Bayt Stadium. Spanning 11m x 6m, it featured a dedicated storage area designed for the safekeeping and efficient management of FIFA merchandise throughout the tournament.
